What's the difference between Essential, Growth, and Accelerate?
All three include a content calendar, profile optimization when you start, bilingual posts in English, Spanish, or both, and a monthly performance report. The difference is volume and reach: Essential ($300/mo) covers 12 posts a month on Instagram and Facebook. Growth ($500/mo) covers 20 posts a month, adds LinkedIn cross-posting, and includes one AI video a month. Accelerate ($750/mo) covers 30 posts a month with LinkedIn cross-posting, two AI videos a month, and a quarterly review.
Can I add LinkedIn?
Yes. LinkedIn cross-posting is included in Growth and Accelerate, and can be added to Essential for +$75/mo. Our monthly report covers Instagram and Facebook; it doesn't include LinkedIn metrics.
Do you post to our Google Business Profile too?
Not as part of these social plans. Google Business Profile posting is included in every one of our SEO plans, as part of your local search work.
Can you create video content for us?
Yes. Growth includes one 30-second, story-style AI video a month, and Accelerate includes two. Each video gets its own approval, and we allow about three business days from an approved concept to the finished video.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
Not as part of these plans. You stay in control of conversations with your customers; our plans cover the content, the publishing, and the reporting.
Is this a one-time project or an ongoing service?
Social media management runs as an ongoing monthly service — consistency across platforms is what makes it work, not a one-off push.
Do you manage paid social ads too, or just organic posting?
This service is organic social — content, publishing, and reporting. Paid social campaigns (including Meta/Instagram ads) run under our Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta) service.
